Main Responsibilities as a Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will be a key member of our production team, responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring high product quality. You will help maintain efficient production while adhering to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

• Ensure that product specifications and quality standards are met.

• Record production data and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Collaborate with other teams to improve work processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in industrial production within packaging, graphics, or related fields.

• Experience with offset printing, gluing machines, or die-cutting machines.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to operate modern machinery.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Relevant technical education or certifications are an advantage.
